What we collect

Your email, name and password (stored as a secure hash), the baseline you enter (body stats, goals, equipment, diet, joints to protect), your plans, logs and coach history, and a record of credits used.

How we use it

Only to run your coaching: building and adapting your plans, tracking progress and managing credits. When you ask the coach something, your baseline and request are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate the reply. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics

We use the Meta Pixel to measure page visits, sign-ups and checkout clicks for our advertising. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker; the site still works.

Payments

Payments are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.

Your control

In your dashboard under Baseline you can download all your data as a file or delete your account and everything in it, permanently.
