There Is No Tomorrow: Michelle Domenech Werdann

Honestly, I couldn't have wished for a better trainer than Christian Oropeza. When I first started at Fight4Fit, I was very skeptical because I tried every exercise and diet imaginable. I was 20 pounds heavier and had multiple medical issues. Christian helped me work around my limitations and encouraged me to push harder without injury because he was confident that I could perform at a higher level than I thought I ever could, and he was right. I have become much stronger and noticeably muscular; I feel great and no longer suffer from ailments. Not only does he know his craft, he truly cares about his clients, which makes me look forward to coming in for my workout sessions. My quality of ....

There Is No Tomorrow: Dr. Michael Baroody

I have been training at FIGHT4FIT for eight and a half years. I am a surgeon and required specialized strength training for the many hours I spend in the operating room. The team did not take a "cookbook" type approach but rather evaluated my initial condition, where I needed to be, and what was needed to get there. The team is made up of complete trainers; and people for that matter. Their philosophy addresses mind, body, and soul by constantly improving upon techniques and passing vast knowledge to their clients, thereby getting the best physical results. The emotional limits of clients at FIGHT4FIT are always pushed to adopt a "no quit" attitude. The FIGHT4FIT team demands excellence of ....

There Is No Tomorrow: Vicki Michalek

I joined FIGHT4FIT in November 2014. My goal was to strengthen my core to improve my running time. Well... that is NOT the only go all achieved. The first few workouts consisted of Christian watching my form and designing different approaches to perform exercises I could not do because of my weak core. The most memorable was the TRX Atomic Crunch. Within a month, I was able to complete the exercise. Christian did not let me relish in my joy for too long before presenting another challenge. The 21-Day Detox. I was very skeptical and reluctant. I did the challenge for the first 21 days of December and the results are still lasting. It has changed my whole approach to eating and cooking! ....

There Is No Tomorrow: Juliana McCory

In February 2014, my daughter Juliana tore her meniscus during gymnastics practice. Before this injury she was an "all around" state champion in the state of Connecticut. Juliana had worked hard to move to a more advanced level, so this injury was the most devastating thing that could have happened to her right before state championships. Juliana had surgery which resulted in the doctor taking out some of her meniscus as sewing it wasn't an option. She went through physical therapy for 6 weeks got released and told her she was ready to go back but not to do anything crazy. Okay, so define crazy for a gymnast? Two months later an MRI revealed that she torn the meniscus again and that they ....

There Is No Tomorrow: Jennifer Kaminski

Over the last 10 months, I have been working out at FIGHT4FIT. As physical therapist, I knew it was time to start listening to my body. With such a physical job I knew that I could not be successful at work if continued to experience the neck and back pain I was experiencing. I knew I needed be to be stronger, but could not motivate myself to strength train. Then I started working out at FIGHT4FIT. I was getting stranger, losing weight and losing inches of my waist and hips. Most importantly I no longer experience neck or back pain. This has changed my life. I can now focus on my client's pain instead of my own. Even with the strength, I still wasn't meeting my weight goals. I knew it was ....
